Respect of time, Spa Treatments, Cancellations & More..

We respect your time so please respect ours! Arrive on time or 5-10 mins prior to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However length of service may be adjusted to ensure other appointments are not interrupted. Arriving too late effects other appointments & may result in an additional $30 fee.
There is a 15 min grace period on both ends for the client & skin care provider. Anything outside of this time period will result in a $20 fee being added to amount due or deducted from amount due.
Reschedules must occur within 24 hours prior to your appointment. Reschedules outside of this time frame will be charged a $25 fee.
No call No show will result in a $30 fee that will have to be paid before you can be serviced again & DOES NOT go towards service!
It's recommended that spa services are booked 24 hours in advance, then reaching out to the Beauty Bar directly as a secondary booking method. A confirmation text/email will be sent out prior to acceptance of your appointment.
Cancellations MUST BE communicated by clients (1st time or returning) to the Beauty Bar within 48 hours before appointment or a $25 cancellation fee will be charged!
Minors under the age of 18 must have written or verbal consent from parents/guardian before booking.
Special pricing or promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
One coupon or discounted service pricing per visit.
Pictures & videos may be taken/made during, after or before services. Booking appointments means you are aware of this and giving consent for skin care provider to do do!
Skinn & Zenn Beauty Bar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review the Terms & Conditions whenever you seek services from us or use this website.
