At Skinn & Zenn Beauty Bar, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Return, Exchange, Damages & Refund..

  • We are unable to ensure products have been unused and/or tampered with due to the type of products we sell so to protect you and ourselves there is a no refund/exchange policy. Please be mindful and reach out by email or phone before placing your order if you have any questions or concerns!

  • If Item has arrived damaged/broken a picture must be taken & sent via email. Upon receiving email a replacement item can be sent out for the same item or a different item with the same value. 

  • Return options are at the sole discretion of Skinn & Zenn.

  • There are absolutely NO REFUNDS, depending on the situation you can receive replacement items, in store credit or credit towards a spa service. 

  • Please allow 3-5 days to process your order before it ships. 

  • Rush delivery is an option for a 1-3 day turn around.  

  • You may cancel your order anytime BEFORE it's been processed. Once processed orders cannot be cancelled!

  • We ship anywhere in the US, Puerto Rico, Canada & Europe, note there are restrictions on certain products. 

  • Additional shipping fees may occur for international shipping. 

  • Shipping is FREE for orders over $100.

  • Skinn & Zenn is not responsible for stolen or lost packages!, please use signature required upon delivery to ensure you get your products safely!
