Service Description

Discover Skinn & Zenn's versatile event space on the west side of Indy, perfect for hosting classes, birthday parties, baby showers, anniversaries, and any celebration. Accommodating up to 50 guests comfortably (75 standing), our rental includes tables and chairs, with optional decor for an additional fee. A $150 refundable deposit secures your booking, ensuring a memorable and stress-free event in a serene setting. Deposit is refundable after walk through at the end of your event with no damages found.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or reschedules must be communicated within 24 hours of your service. You must reach out via call or text. Failure to communicate will result in a $35 fee.
